Job Details :
- Dates of coverage: Weekdays needed only, no weekend coverage needed.
- Average Number of Patients Per Day: 20-40 depending on the season
- Number of Exam Rooms: 9
- Urgent Care Physicians are Present During the Locums Coverage
- Locum Physician are Required to Supervise Other Health Care Providers
- Mid-levels provide coverage: 1
- Documentation System/EMR: Epic
- Practice Setting: Pediatric
Credentialing timeframe: 90-120 days for full privileges; temp privileges available
Submission Requirements
- Board Certified - REQUIRED - The American Board of Pediatrics OR The American Board of Osteopathic Medicine - Pediatrics
- Active SC license & DEA - Verbal Confirmation Required at Name Clear
- CLEAN BACKGROUND; NO EXCEPTIONS
- BLS & ACLS Certified - REQUIRED
- Must have M-F availability, please state at time of name clear
