  • Start Date: 07-01-2024
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm; There will be weekday call and Weekends requirement based on schedule MUST accept all dates within the Mon-Fri block
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
  • License: An active Indiana state license or IMLC membership is required.
  • EMR: Epic
  • Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
  • Other Details: The facility, which is trauma level 3 is looking for a provider to cover Monday Friday assignment blocks 7am - 3-pm; Call is NOT a in house call. The expected response time is 30 minutes. The practice consists of general anesthesia, OB, vascular surgery, cath lab, healthy peds, occasional NORA, and basic nerve blocks. No CRNA supervision.
