Senior Product Manager, Dermal Fillers (Restylane) Location: Thornhill, Ontario
Job Description
Reporting into the Director, Aesthetic Business Unit, the Sr. Product Manager, Dermal Fillers (Restylane), is responsible for designing and deploying marketing programs and strategies that foster a strong brand positioning and differentiation, while enhancing our brand awareness and demand for the assigned product/franchise in the market. This individual will be driven by data, insights, and the market opportunities, and will work extremely collaboratively in a matrix environment, especially with the sales leadership to ensure optimal execution from a field force perspective. They will embrace technology, customer engagement, tracking against KPIs, and the ability to leverage multiple channels to create integrated campaigns that demonstrate impact.
Key Responsibilities
Leads the design and implementation of the Brand Strategy and collaborates on the integrated portfolio strategy with other aesthetic franchises across the business unit in order to present as One Galderma for customers and consumers.
Designs and executes robust multichannel/omnichannel marketing tactics along the customer journey to address opportunities including the creation of innovative tools geared for in-person, digital, virtual, or social channels for HCPs and consumer audiences (B2B/B2C/B2B2C)
Designs clear segmentation and targeting strategies for field and head office campaigns, based on brand opportunities and objectives (aligned with the strategic plan)
Collaborates closely with the sales leadership team and other key partners, to ensure effective and optimal pull through of the brand programs and tactics (ie. field-based plans of action, social media campaign execution, trade marketing activation with key accounts etc)
Maintains regular field contact, as well as builds strong connections with customers and brand relevant KOLs / KTLs to build customer focused programs / tactics
Partners with Medical Affairs in ensuring HCP education and training needs are met
Collaborates and leverages strongly, the global brand team and strategy, contributing Canadian insights, research and experience for local adaptation
Acts as local main point of contact for the assigned product/franchise towards cross-functional, regional and global stakeholders and networks; develops strong connections across the organization to leverage synergies and best practices from other markets
Stays up-to-date by conducting analysis and market research to identify market dynamics / trends, brand performance, barriers and opportunities deriving insights to inform brand strategy
Leverages strong business acumen and collaborates closely with all cross-functional partners including demand planning, finance and analytics to ensure forecasting is accurate and reflective of market trends and brand performance
Measures and tracks performance against brand KPIs across all campaigns and tactics; checks and adjusts plans where/when required
Manages brand marketing budget to targets and vendors with clear expectations and accountability to timelines for deliverables
Delivers routine presentations to local cross-functional and executive leadership teams, as well as to regional and global teams
Attends and participates at key national congresses
Demonstrates and lives the Galderma values (Pure-play in Dermatology, the Right Way)

Tech savvy with proficiency in the deployment of digital tactics (incl. social and digital media, SEM / SEO, paid media planning etc.)
Experience in working cross-functionally and with external stakeholders (agency partners, key accounts and customers etc.)
Leads though ambiguity with agility, positivity and a growth mindset
Leverages strong analytics and business acumen to track performance against KPIs and budget
Ruthless prioritization of opportunities and tactics that will deliver the strongest return
Minimum of a BSc or BA, preferably in science or business
MBA is an asset
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in device, aesthetics or pharmaceutical marketing
Prior sales experience preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills (“storytelling”)
Ability to grasp scientific and clinical knowledge related to products/portfolio
