The site is the Home of the Brand Motts that has been delighting our consumers for more than 140 yrs. We produce a wide variety of products with diverse packaging capabilities going from Apple sauce, to juices and concentrates . Alongside production, the site includes a raw apple operation that is key for the success of the site. The Sr Site Director's primary focus will be on production operations. The site operation will function on the foundational principles of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance); principles of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma; and the power of High Performance Teams. This facility is a Unionized location. We are adding to our facility and have lots opportunity to grow and learn our industry Shift and Schedule: We currently have an opening on Nights. This facility does run 24/7. This individual would work from 6:00pm - 6:00am on a 2-2-3 schedule. Compensation: This is a full time, Union role . Starting pay is $31.27/hr Maintenance Mechanic The Maintenance Mechanic II is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery and mechanical such as conveyor systems, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, production machines, pumps, liquid fillers, packaging equipment, material handling equipment, bulk delivery equipment, and blending/mixing systems. Position Responsibilities: Analyze mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic problems and make repairs through adjustments, defective parts replacement, or fabrication. Machine most metals, plastics, and composites. Fabricate or replicate minor pieces for the repair or replacement of parts on equipment. Complete size changeovers, make adjustments, and trouble shoot liquid fillers, and packaging equipment. Identify problems and completes repairs, with minimal downtime or supervision.
