Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive, patient-focused Internal Medicine services.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, collaborate with specialists when needed, and promote preventative health measures for overall patient well-being.
- Develop strong doctor-patient relationships based on trust, empathy, and open communication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using our electronic health record system.
- Actively participate in medical staff meetings, peer reviews, and continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinical outcomes.
- Contribute to the medical education and training of residents, medical students, and other health professionals, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
Requirements:
- Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine.
- Board certification or eligibility for certification in Internal Medicine.
- Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of Montana.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrate commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing medical education.
