Dates of Coverage: Starting in January 15, 2025 and ongoing

Details/Requirements for Assignment :
Active Indiana license required and active DEA
Board Certification in General Surgery required
Call and clinic coverage
Clinic is Monday Friday, 8am 5pm
Weekend 24 hour call coverage
2 weeks on 2 weeks off
One week of call coverage during 2 week stretch
Ongoing coverage need, willing to take multiple providers
