Coverage Needed:

• ASAP - July 2025
• Shift times: 6a-4p, 10a-8p, 4p-2a, 8p-6am

Clinical Information:

• Census:140 ED visits/day
• Daily admissions: 40%
• Mix and high acuity, Typical high acuity ER
• Level 2 trauma
• Comprehensive stroke
• Separate peds ER
• OB on-site with its own OB ED
• Support Staff: 40 hours of physician coverage, 41 of APP
• EM physicians typically on staff per shift: 2

Required:

• DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
• Current Flu Vaccine
• Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
  • Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
• Board Certified in ABEM
• Required Procedures: All ED relevant procedures
• Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered "Local", and will not be eligible for this role
