• BC/BE Family Medicine
• Clinic is open Monday Friday - flexible schedule (as long as working at least 30hrs a week)
• No call
• Must be Illinois licensed, DEA in hand
• 100% outpatient
• Will see all ages
• Start ASAP and will continue for 3-6 months, open to locums to perm as well
• EMR used is Athena One
