Pathologist Locums Job in Texas Starts ASAP and Ongoing

Jackson + Coker is partnered with a hospital pathology lab in north Texas seeking as much locum coverage as possible starting ASAP. The case mix is bread and butter hospital pathology. They need a Pathologist skilled with rapid assessments.

Details/Requirements for Assignment :
Active Texas license required (will consider candidates with active IMLC and LOQ in hand)
Board Certification required
Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, no call
Will need hospital privileges
Seeking minimum of 1-2 weeks per month Starting in October 2024
Case mix is bread and butter surgical pathology to include GI, breast, cervix, skin, rapid assessments
Phone access to other group pathologists for consultation
Average 35-40 cases per day split between two pathologists
Pathology Assistant available - may have to do own grossing when PA is not available
