Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, helping residents with personal hygiene, providing adjunct care, checking vital signs and recording daily information, and adhering to professional standards. Requirements include a high school graduate or GED, completion of a state-approved CNA certification training course, basic computer skills, and good communication skills.
