- Training and guiding team members to better serve and sell policies.
- Solve issues with team members and customers.
- Encouraging team members to reach weekly and monthly goals.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and organize office activities
- Oversee sales and production
- Train team members to better sell and serve customers
- Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
- Support HR in scheduling meetings and interviews.
Required Skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Insurance Field experience
- Experience with administrative and clerical work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
