Our client is a prestigious law firm based in NYC, seeking a Conflicts Specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Perform research in public databases and within the Firm's conflict management systems
• Assist in obtaining information necessary for the Firm to determine whether or not it may accept new clients and matters under prevailing ethical rules, applicable law, and internal policies
• Input and maintain data in the conflicts review database
• Assist in conflicts checks related to the hiring of attorney and non-attorney staff, as needed

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Conflicts experience.
• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Excellent communication skills

The annual base salary range is $80,000 to $95,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
