Salary is up to $100,000 - DOE

What You’ll Do:

In this pivotal role, you will partner directly with a visionary Lead Advisor, gaining hands-on experience and leadership development within an ambitious and growth-oriented practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: Attend client meetings alongside the Lead Advisor, providing critical support with documentation and follow-through on action items within a 48-hour window.
• Relationship Management: Support and enhance client relationships, ensuring a proactive and responsive client experience that strengthens client trust and satisfaction.
• Strategic Growth Contributions: Play an active role in shaping the firm’s growth strategy, bringing your insights and collaborative mindset to achieve aggressive AUM targets.
• Path to Leadership: Cultivate your advisory and leadership capabilities through direct mentorship, with a transparent progression plan to become a Lead Advisor.

What We’re Looking For:

• Credentials & Experience: CFP designation required, with Series 66 and 2+ years in financial planning or advisory. Familiarity with the eMoney platform is required.
• Core Competencies: Precision in detail, a deadline-driven approach, self-direction, top-notch communication, and a strong sense of urgency.
