Litigation Attorney

Milanfar Law Firm , a plaintiffs’ firm specializing in Personal Injury, Nursing Home Abuse, Habitability, Police Brutality, and Civil Rights Litigation, is seeking a talented and motivated litigation attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent legal research and writing skills, and a passion for complex litigation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials
• Manage caseloads and deadlines effectively
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop effective legal strategies
• Assist with business development and client relationship management

Qualifications:

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• 2-5 years of litigation experience
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong work ethic 
• Admitted to practice law in California
