A leading law firm in Seattle is seeking a midlevel associate with 3-5 years of experience to join its thriving Commercial Litigation practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated business litigation matters in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent a diverse range of clients in federal and state court proceedings, as well as in alternative dispute resolution forums.
- Manage complex litigation matters, including case strategy, discovery, and advocacy in court.
- Collaborate with local and national teams to deliver exceptional client service.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in complex business litigation, with at least two years in a law firm setting.
- Judicial clerkship experience is preferred but not required.
- Outstanding academic credentials.
- Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale litigation matters.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $260,000 - $365,000 annually.
- Eligibility for annual discretionary bonuses.
