Our client in the financial industry is seeking a Cash Collector to join their team. As a Cash Collector, you will be part of the Collections department supporting North America and Canada customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in collection tools, and experience working in a shared service contact center.
Job Title: Cash Collector
Location: Horsham, Pennsylvania
Pay Range: 23-25/hr
What's the Job?
- Receive inbound calls to resolve customer queries and make outbound calls to perform collection attempts
- Analyze accounts and achieve collection targets as per Dialer Strategy
- Oversee collection activities of all the active customers of North America and Canada customers
- Manage collections and provide early stage customer service to avoid any customer complaints
- Coordinate with cash applications team for accurate application of funds and remittance advice
- Work on disputes of assigned portfolio to drive resolution/closure
- Work on unapplied cash of assigned portfolio
- Manage portfolio review calls with internal/external stakeholders
- Process adjustments, write off, netting requests, refunds
- Account reconciliations
- Maintain daily adherence as per business requirements
- Analyze daily AR reports to drive cash collection
What's Needed? - 5-7 years of experience required in North America/Canada Collections
- Proficient in both verbal and written communication with excellent American pronunciation
- Proficiency in GETPAID/Collection tools
- System knowledge in ERP's - Oracle, ADMIN/CARMS, COMPASS, Account Ledger, IBS, NexGen etc.
- Work experience in a shared service contact center is mandatory
- Driving to the other offices when necessary for collaboration and training
