    Certification Details
  • Required Certifications: WI PT License, AHA BLS
    Job Details
  • Specialty: Physical Therapist

  • Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40
  • *GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.*
  • No new travelers - at least one completed contract REQUIRED
    Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of PT experience REQUIRED
  • Education Requirement: Masters or Doctorate in PT
  • **Previous Travel Required - No travelers coming from a facility or their home location is within 50 miles of ThedaCare Corporate Center in Neenah, WI**
    Schedule Information
  • Shift: 10 hour days, working Tuesday through Friday, 645-5:15
  • **any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence
  • Weekends: None
  • Holidays: As needed
  • On Call: None
    Unit Specific Information
  • Schedule: PT - 10 hr days (Tues-Fri)
  • Unit Info: Hospital setting, primarily outpatient with some inpatient
    Additional Details
  • Float Requirements: Throughout facility within skillset, To all ThedaCare Facilities within a 60 mile radius
  • Required Skillset: Outpatient
