  • Contract length for this job is 13 weeks.
    Job Requirements
  • Must have acute care experience.
  • Candidates should have inpatient rehab acute care/SNF experience.
  • ICU and wound care experience is preferred.
    Schedule Information
  • Days Shift - Example: 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters.
  • Patients Ratios (Estimated) - 1 therapist for 12-14 patients.
  • Weekends rotation at least 2 weekend days in 4-week block schedule including holiday shifts.
    Unit Specific Information
  • Unit Information: Type of equipment - Meditech EMR.
  • Patient evaluations and treatments are typical procedures performed on the unit.
  • Floating areas include Rehab and acute care units.
  • Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - Hunter green.
  • Unit Guidelines/Policies: Dress code includes no fake nails, no dips/gels, and nails must be cut.
