    Job Details
  • Effective 11/30/24, IU Health will not allow IN RN’s to work at their facilities (SEE EXCEPTIONS BELOW). The last day for IN RNs to start a NEW contract is 9/9 (allows them to finish a contract by 11/30).
  • Periop/OR RN’s, Allied and Ambulatory RN travelers are exempt from this rule. These IN travelers are allowed to work past the 11/30 deadline. Periop includes ENDO, IR RN, PACU, Cath Lab RN, SDS
  • IU Health is now offering charge pay, which is a bill rate bump per hour
  • Aya Offer: ED/AA Float
  • Effective from 11/30/24
  • Float amongst Acuity Adaptive Units. ED Boarding consist of patients house in a designated part of the ED awaiting to be transferred to a PCU or Medsurg unit. These patients will be provided PCU/MedSurg level of care. There is high patient admission, discharge and transfers

  • REQ Skills: Telemetry, IV Starts, Cardiac Drips, Cerner REQUIRED
  • Preferred Skills: Vents
  • Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS, and NIH

  • Pending License accepted: No. IN-STATE LICENSE / REQUIRED CERTS MUST BE IN HAND TO SUB
  • RTO Restrictions: Must work 2/3 major holidays

  • Guaranteed Hours: 8 and 10 hr. shifts - 40 hrs. in one workweek; 3, 12 hr. shifts - 36 hrs. in one workweek; 4, 12 hr. shifts - 48 hrs. in one workweek
