balance between work and life outside the hospital.Additional responsibilities include providing and coordinating care and education of patients and families prior to surgery, and while transitioning back to home including post-operative follow-up. Work in the outpatient clinic setting provides opportunities to assist with the evaluation of elective, urgent, and emergent patients.In addition, there are ample opportunities to be involved in research, as well as clinical teaching in our PA Residency Program. A faculty appointment through Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth will be requested.We are seeking providers who will:
- Be team-oriented, multi-taskers with a great willingness to adapt to the teams needs
- Work at onsite and offsiteClinics (4x10 hours) and help with outpatient flows
- Opportunity to moonlight on the Cardiac Surgery service covering ICU/floor patients

Position Requirements: - BLS certification
- Current (or eligible) certification to practice as a PA or APRN in NH
- Successful completion of an approved PA/APRN program.
- National specialty certification as RNFA or certification through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
