The DaMar Team is actively seeking out CNAs/HHAs for assisted living facilities located in the Indianapolis Metro area/Surrounding Cities.Client Profile- Medical facility offering independent living, assisted living and memory care.Job Summary- Responsible for providing direct care to residents, communicate residents' needs effectively, attend/participate in scheduled in service/training programs, assist with programming activities, adhere to safety and infection control policies and procedures, promote positive public relations for facility and perform other tasks as required by Director of Nursing or designee.QualificationsValid C.N.A. or HHA certificate from an accredited program is a plus. At least one year experience in long term care preferred.CPR & First Aid Certification a plus; TB completed test a plusValid DLPhysical within a year a plusComfortable providing above average patient service, physically able to stand and walk for periods of timeOrganized with ability to multitask and prioritize workflowMust be able to successfully pass a criminal background checkHours: 1st shift 6am to 2pm (2:30pm); 2nd shift 2pm to 10pm (10:30pm) and 3rd shift 10pm to 6am (6:30am); full time need; Must be okay with working weekends; doubles allowedStarting pay $17.00 to $25.00 hourly based on experience; shift differential
