CNA Job responsibilities:
- Provides personal care and housekeeping assistance to our clients in their homes; follows the established plan of care under the direction of the client care coordinator.
- Provides personal hygiene and grooming care to our clients
- Provides meals for clients' nutritional needs
- Reports changes in clients' condition to client care coordinator or supervisor
- Performs routine housekeeping and home management duties
- Records each client's care on care plan and submits care plan in a timely manner
- Responds sensitively to the multiple, complex needs of a terminal client which includes providing end of life care.
- Assists with routine therapy exercises
- Participates in case conferences as requested

Qualifications
CURRENT and VALID Certified Nurse's Aide registration with the Connecticut Registry.
Current and valid drivers license issued by the state of Connecticut.
Must have reliable transportation.
6 month work experience as a CNA or Home Care Aide after completion of CNA Training Course preferably in a Home Care Environment, Facility or Hospital work is also acceptable.
Must be able to work one full weekend a month.
