Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Client Service Specialist I to join our New York office. In this role, you will provide vital administrative support to a leading legal team specializing in the digital asset and blockchain industry. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic environment, adapting to shifting client needs while maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities: - Administrative Support: Assist attorneys and administrative professionals with daily tasks, including time entry, expense reimbursements, presentation preparation, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Calendar and Billing Management: Oversee complex calendars, manage billing processes, and track accounts receivable.
- Communication Handling: Manage incoming communications through various channels and facilitate internal and external communications.
- Document Management: Draft, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports; maintain electronic and hard copy files, arrange document reproduction, and perform data entry.
- Research and Coordination: Conduct research, compile information, and support team events. Liaise with internal resources to complete projects.
- Operational Flexibility: Adapt to changing priorities and work overtime as needed to meet project deadlines.
Proficiencies: - Attention to Detail: Meticulous in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and office equipment.
- Billing Knowledge: Fundamental understanding of firm billing systems and practices.
Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred; Associate's Degree considered.
- Experience: Minimum of 1+ years supporting attorneys or C-level executives.
Compensation and Benefits: - Salary: $61,600 to $77,100 annually, based on experience.
