Job Description Note; Entry Level Opportunity Pay: $15/HR SUMMARY : The Human Resources Coordinator will assist with onboarding & orientation activities, employee relations, Team Member inquiries, benefit activities, and provide support and assistance to our Team Members.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Assist with hiring by processing, coordinating application process, onboarding, recommending candidates, licensing and related work cards and handling pre-employment onboarding and orientation.
- Work closely with HR management and oversee new hire training.
- Research, answer, and follow-up on daily inquiries from team members and managers on policies, benefits, and other related issues.
- Performs data input, such as new hires, transfers, leaves of absence, terminations, Oracle data.
- Works closely with Payroll.
- Maintains personnel files, ensuring compliance with SOX.
- Performs related duties as assigned by the HR Manager or Director.
- Provides Family Style Service at all times.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None.

Must be have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, ie,.... Word, Outlook & Excel.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent; 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources preferred.
Working knowledge of current employment laws and related legislation.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Must possess and be able to maintain the applicable regional Gaming card(s) and/or License(s), if any.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Must be able to effectively communicate in English. Must be able to read and write simple lists, interoffice memorandums, and business correspondence.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
COMPUTER SKILLS Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and Oracle
