The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will assist the Parts, Service, Sales and Wholesale Departments in pulling and replenishing the parts department. This person will also communicate at a high level with all Parts Department Personnel.
Requirements
- Checking in daily stock and special order parts
- Pulling and replenishing the parts department inventory
- Inventory control - including daily bin checks and cycle counting
- Assist parts counter personnel
- Assist parts drivers
- Deliver parts to wholesale customers or pick up parts when needed
- Experience in automotive or truck parts, shipping & receiving or counter sales is a plus
- Self-Starter with proven ability to seek out ways to build opportunities for the dealership
- and customer satisfaction
- High level of initiative and ability to work unsupervised and as a team
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Must complete Hazmat training EHM001 every three years
- Toyota training also required
- Computer skills are required. CDK, Snap On Parts Catalog and Tekion is a plus
Salary/Rate of Pay: $17.95 - $25.00/Hour, DOE
