Title: Inventory Control Specialist
Location: Wichita, KS 67219
Duration: 0-6+ Months (Temp to Hire)
Shift: 1ST Shift ( M-F 07:00AM-03:30PM )
Pay Rate: $ 21.00 /Hour on W2.
Job Duties:
Execute shipment processing, customer fulfillments, and inventory management.
Support store management in achieving sales objectives, customer service, and daily operations.
Maintain efficient business operations, provide clear direction to team members, and communicate updates to store management.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt and polite responses.
Lead and execute online picking, packing, and shipping of items accurately and safely.
Uphold merchandising standards, process inbound shipments, and manage store cleanliness, safety, and security.
Control inventory, manage shipping supplies, back stock replenishment, and perform outbound and inbound transfers.
Conduct Inventory Cycle Counts per SAP process and adhere to company standards.
Develop, manage, and report on intra-company material transfers to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Collaborate with cross-functional and third-party stakeholders for effective inventory management.
Partner with Supply Chain to manage material availability and perform inventory adjustments in SAP and 3rd party portals.
Manage SLOB (Slow Moving and Obsolete) Inventory activities, including resale and disposition.
Oversee 3PL warehouse operations, address quality issues, and assist with projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualification:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and Material Management systems like SAP (MRP).
