- 12-25 patients per shift
- Peds would be a small portion of the clinic panel
- Level 4 Trauma
- 1 MA
- 1 Office staff
- Call details: 30 minute required call response times; 0-1 admissions ; No weekends/nights call unless able to help with peds
- BC/BE
- BLS
- Active MI license required or IMLC
- Supervision of APPs required
- Epic EMR
- 90 day credentialing timeframe
