For more information, please visit are looking for a dynamic Vice President, Brand & Customer Experience (CX) to lead the implementation of our brand’s identity, establish brand management, drive engagement, and foster a customer-centric culture. This pivotal role requires a proven track record in building brand equity, establishing voice-of-customer programs, and leading teams to achieve measurable results.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Strategy Development: Lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with business goals and enhances brand perception.Brand Architecture and Product Mix: Oversee the brand architecture, product mix, and inventory to meet market demands and support the brand strategy.Brand Campaigns: Plan and execute brand campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive customer retention, and support business objectives.CX Strategy Development & Long-Term Engagement: Establish a strategy that delivers measurable impact, aligns with the company’s vision, and fosters long-term customer engagement and loyalty.Customer-Centric Culture: Promote a customer-centric culture across the organization, ensuring customer needs and feedback are captured systematically, reported, and improved upon.Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of CX initiatives and drive continuous improvement.Collaboration and Leadership:Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with key stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment of Brand and CX strategies with business objectives.
