This unique approach combines efficient and effective cleaning methods that we have honed over three decades, always striving to surpass our client's expectations.What you'll be doing:We are looking to hire a hard-working custodian to keep our buildings functionally and aesthetically intact. You will ensure the buildings are tidy, clean, and well-maintained. You will sweep, mop and vacuum floors, and dust surfaces. You will clean walls, ceilings, windows, and other surfaces. You will prevent and eliminate indoor pests. To ensure success, you need to prioritize tasks and take pride in your work.Custodian Responsibilities:Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.Cleans and polishes fixtures and furniture.Dusting all surfaces.Disposing of trash and emptying trash receptacles.Performing minor repairs.Keeping buildings free from indoor pests.Maintaining cleaning equipment.Maintaining inventory of cleaning agents and equipment.Ensuring equipment and lights are switched off, and premises are locked after hours.Collaborating with contract cleaning services.Custodian Requirements:High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.Valid Non-expired Driver's License - You will be driving a company vehicleAuthorized to work in the U.S. - We Use E-VerifyAble to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.Work well when supervisors are not present.Able to work independently or with a team.Proficient with handling basic maintenance repairs.Available to work after hours.Outstanding organizational skills.Custodian Benefits (Full Time Employees):HealthVisionDentalLife401k***RNA Facilities Management and its Subsidiaries are committed to fostering, cultivating, and preserving a culture of diversity and inclusion.
