Key Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse organization efforts, ensuring items are stored efficiently and accurately.
• Work alongside the warehouse team to maintain smooth daily operations.
• Collaborate with production and fulfillment teams to optimize workflow and overall efficiency.
• Optimize warehouse processes to maximize space utilization and improve workflow.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and maintain proper stock levels.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a safe work environment.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and report any necessary repairs or replacements.
• Monitor and improve operational performance, providing suggestions for process improvements.
• Assist in onboarding and training team members to uphold warehouse standards.

Qualifications
