Responsibilities - Interacting with our Awesome customers and employees in a professional manner representing our organization and the Nissan brand.
- Proactively recommend additional products relating to the customer request. (Up-selling)
- Managing inventory and ensuring the availability of parts
- Accurately fulfilling parts inquiries and orders from both internal and external customers
- Ensuring customers and technicians are notified of the receipt of the correct parts.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications - Previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent communication skills with a great attitude
- Negotiation skills
- Proficiency with inventory management software and basic computer skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions as required
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- CDK experience a plus
