Le Havre Lafontaine, a friendly private residence for seniors located in Rivière-du-Loup, is looking for someone to fill a full-time maintenance attendant position.
We are looking for someone who is versatile and comfortable talking to our residents.
It is not necessary to have CCQ cards to perform the type of work including maintenance that is to be done!
POSITION DESCRIPTION: Schedule: 40 hours/week during the day

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Change light bulbs in the common areas
Clear and salt the entrances
Make service calls
Manage apartment renovations in accordance with the program established by general management/the general manager
Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
Taking out the trash
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
