Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Anesthesia Discipline: CRNA Start Date: 04/01/2025 Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Locum Tenens Job Details: • Coverage: April 1, 2025 – June 30, 2025 • Site is looking to award candidate 40-50 hrs per week. • Schedule: 10-hour shifts, 0700 - 1700. • Level 3 trauma facility • case mix includes, ENT, general surgery, GI Endoscopy, GYN, podiatry, OB, orthopedics, podiatry, (healthy) pediatric cases, robotic procedures, urology and vascular (no CT or Neuro). • Medically supervised, care team model. • CRNAs support 7 ORs in the main Surgery department; 4 ORs at the adjacent Surgi-Center; 2 GI treatment rooms; 1 bronchoscopy room, and 1 Cath lab. The team also provides OB coverage, but locums aren't usually assigned to OB. • No Call • EMR: Epic • Credentialing timeframe: 45-90 days Requirements: • Active unrestricted WA License or IMLC • Active AHA ACLS certifications • Minimum 3 years of experience • Board Certified • Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted. • Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
