Locations : Atlanta | Boston | Canary Wharf Who We Are BCG pioneered strategy consulting more than 50 years ago, and we continue to innovate and redefine the industry. We offer multiple career paths for the world's best talent to have a real impact on business and society. As part of our team, you will benefit from the breadth and diversity of what we are doing today and where we are headed next. We count on your authenticity, exceptional work, and strong integrity. In return we are committed to supporting you in discovering the most fulfilling career journey possible-and unlocking your potential to advance the world. Our team called Global Services (GS) provides corporate support to business areas such as Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing and IT. This diverse team of experts, operators and specialists represent all levels from Partner to entry level staff, operating across the globe in multiple countries. Global Services is in short, the backbone of BCG. What You'll Do BCG is investing significantly in GenAI to achieve a generational uplift in speed, quality, and scale for IT, our functions, and our global business. BCG's IT Team collaborates with internal stakeholders and teams to develop best-in-class products and tools. As a member of the IT Strategy & Transformation Team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the delivery of the benefits of our Technology strategy & transformations, focusing primarily on our multi-year GenAI for IT program. This role involves driving cross-team alignment across our value delivery roadmap, managing risks and dependencies, overseeing the operating model for the program and platform, and communicating to and collaborating with executive leadership to ensure program success. You will run a program team to ensure value capture and timely deployment of use cases, define program and use-case level metrics, and establish a mechanism for capturing these metrics. You will launch this mechanism, baseline results, capture results at key milestones, and develop a plan for ongoing tracking. You will also identify training needs across the WWIT organization. You will be responsible for upskilling, training, redeploying, and hiring against resourcing needs where relevant, defining roles and responsibilities for initiative owners, and driving comprehensive training plans. You will drive business outcomes for GenAI efforts across teams, stakeholders and leadership by spearheading use cases such as GenAI tooling adoption, GenAI-powered chatbots, security, operations, and our GenAI platform to enable a broad range of applications. You will lead detailed planning and delivery efforts, focusing on driving the democratization of GenAI practices and coding, embedding GenAI into complex workflows, and automating intricate processes as part of our ongoing initiatives. What You'll Bring You possess proven program management leadership skills and extensive experience in overseeing application development programs, ideally within a global professional services firm. You excel in defining and streamlining operating models for cross-functional teams and have strong project management expertise in large-scale application development initiatives. Your solid technology background includes hands-on software development experience, knowledge of Agile methodologies, and traditional project management practices. You have a strong track record of leading high-performance teams toward successful attainment of challenging goals. You bring demonstrated expertise in defining, refining, and executing key IT transformation initiatives across areas such as Cloud, Data, Sourcing, Integration, Agile, and DevOps. You can effectively influence and present to senior business and IT stakeholders and are adept at challenging traditional ways of doing things, conflict resolution and negotiation. You are highly organized, proactive, and exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing collaborative and creative problem-solving in a dynamic environment. You perform well in a fast-paced, multicultural, and service-oriented environment, aligning with BCG's values and culture. You have a Master's degree or similar education, with PMP/PRINCE II certification being a plus. Knowledge of or experience building GenAI product is a strong plus, particularly working knowledge of tools such as JIRA, AWS Bedrock, leading LLM models, Langchain, and AWS Guardrails. Who You'll Work With You will collaborate with BCG's IT, Cloud Platform Engineering, IT Business Platforms, Secure Infrastructure Platforms, Personal Productivity, Digital Collaboration, Enterprise Services, Knowledge & Design, IT Service, UX, the IT Strategy & Transformation Lead, and other senior functional and technology leaders to advance the GenAI for IT transformation initiatives, fostering and enabling partnerships across our digital organization.
