Job Details:

• Start: As soon as credentialing is complete
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, r easonable office On Call requirements
• Provider will be working with inpatient, outpatient, hospital & rehab center
  
• EMR: EPIC

Job Requirements:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry
• OH state license or willing to obtain
