Avera is currently seeking Registered Nurses (RN) looking to deliver the best possible nursing care in Avera’s patient-focused settings.

Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides for the delivery of professional RN nursing care. Avera McKennan requires all nurses to practice in a competent level within the ANA Standards of Clinical Nursing Practice.
Education and/or Experience
- Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred. Graduate from an approved nursing program is acceptable.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure required.
- Oncology certification preferred.
- Chemotherapy certification through the Oncology Nursing Society's (ONS) core curriculum within 1 year of employment required.
Work Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm; 80 hours every 2 weeks
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
