This position involves providing clinical direction for all aspects of patient care, fostering a patient/family-centered approach. You will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing individualized plans of care, and implementing evidence-based practices to ensure optimal outcomes.Key Responsibilities
Assess patients' conditions, identifying subtle changes and prioritizing care accordingly.Develop and implement age-appropriate, culturally sensitive plans of care, incorporating current evidence-based practices.Provide direct care to assigned patients, adhering to established protocols and procedures.Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring smooth handovers and maintaining a safe environment.Evaluate patient progress, revising plans as needed and reporting changes to the healthcare team.Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:A minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute inpatient setting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Basic computer skills and proficiency in relevant software applications.Mathematical skills and knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.Compensation and Benefits
