Summary/Objective Manage the finished product warehouse inventory, be responsible for the accuracy of inventory records, and monitor the return of empty racks to ensure smooth production.
Essential Functions - Visually inspect staged products for any quality or quantity discrepancies.
- Manage rack inventory with customer and internal.
- Document any missed shipments and spills and assist Shipping Supervisor in completing 5 Why.
- Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of all shipments and finished good inventory.
- Assisting with shipments where required.
- Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
- Perform 5S and housekeeping duties to maintain a high standard of facility cleanliness.
- Fulfill assignments/tasks given by Supervisor or Manager Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibility This position has direct supervisory responsibilities and serves as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
Work Environment - The job is 80% on-site. This role will typically be used as standard office equipment such as computers, scanners, filing cabinets. Also need to operate Hi-Lo. Languages spoken commonly in the workplace are English and Mandarin. - Ability to read, understand and

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel Little to no travel is expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience More than three years of logistics delivery planning experience, familiar with warehouse management, logistics management professional or Fuyao Group internal personnel preferred.
