Job Description:  We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical estimating and project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a keen eye for detail.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine the scope of work.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Coordinate and manage all phases of electrical projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to clients and management.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.

  • Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical estimating and project management.
    • Experience with AutoCAD is mandatory.
    • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • PMP certification is a plus.
