Schedule:

Monday - Friday : 6:30 am - 3:00 pm

Responsibilities :

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees the daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing and shipping using a hands-on approach and best work practices. The warehouse team is the backbone of our organization; we strive to provide fast and accurate deliveries to our clients.

• Supervision of staff, and overseeing work organized by team leaders
• Demonstrate leadership through effective teamwork;
• Provide coaching and training to employees and leads;
• Work alongside and with the team, providing guidance as needed to ensure maximum productivity;
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety procedures;
• Assist with preparing orders for shipments and receiving stock (as needed)
• Physical inventory of products

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership abilities;
• Ability to multi-task in a high pressure environment;
• Ability to produce accurate and timely reports;
• Forklift experience (as asset);
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to analyze productivity reports;
• Bilingual (Written and Verbal);
• Must be able to manipulate stock weighing up to 50lbs.;

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Warehouse Supervisor;
