6 CONTRACT potential to PERM
Montreal- Hybrid (1 to 2 days in office per week & various in person events)

Required Competencies, Experience & Education
- Proven 10+ years’ experience with full life cycle recruiting of technology and consulting roles, including: sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing candidates
- Bilingual in French and English
- Experience with FTE and Contractor hiring
- Proficient with various searching techniques and have worked on popular internet job portals
- Experience recruiting in complex, matrix environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English language
- Proven ability to work in a deadline driven environment and handle multiple projects and aggressive timelines simultaneously
- Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Possesses/develops basic understanding of market trends and competitors
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, changeable and ambiguous work environment
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working within a Fortune 500 global organization
- Handle a small team of 3-5 Recruiters onsite / onshore
