We are searching for a talented Team Lead-OR-CPD Materials

Hours: 40hrs

Shift: Evening shift with weekend and call rotation

Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital - Fall River, MA; Tobey Hospital Coverage as needed

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

Responsibilities

Under general supervision of the Manager, Central Processing or designee, establish and monitor departmental productivity and quality control in all aspects of inventory related processes. Report and interpret indicators to CPD Manager. Manage case cart verification and accuracy of next days preference cards. Monitor preference card usage and verify accuracy of charges. Coordinate with vendors to insure proper charges. Serve as primary contact with vendors on supply issues. Responsible for new product evaluation/selection, cost savings/analysis and product standardization. Develop inventory control tools and determine inventory systems efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Equal to completion of four years of high school plus additional specialized courses or training.
  • Duties require a basic knowledge of Central Processing procedures and routines.
  • Medical terminology and proficient computer skills including medical based programs are required.
  • Critical decision making skills are required.
  • Three (3) years of related work experience is required.
  • Travel to other system sites is required using own personal transportation.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

Pay Range
USD $23.15 - USD $38.93 /Hr.
Rotation Schedule Requirement
Weekend call rotation, Tobey Hospital Coverage
