Military master planning and experience is a major plus!

Ideal candidate will have DoD federal agency and military master planning project experience both within the US and Overseas. Remote with some travel may be a possibility.
Responsibilities
- Work a team of professionals at various levels for planning and design assignments
- Develop schedules, budgets, and internal taskings for assigned project elements
- Prepare proposals and marketing materials, and attending various networking events
- Create opportunities for the planning team and company
- Work within the company project management protocols and procedures
- Team management and resourcing, identify skill development requirements
- Perform technical QA/ QC of project deliverables
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- Bachelors degree in planning, architecture, engineering, or related field. Master's preferred.
- 8+ years experience working on planning/design projects. Military experience preferred.
- A leader and teammate who can work with multiple offices, subcontractors, and client representatives to get things done
- A people person who can speak and write well and is skilled working with large project teams
- Can tackle big projects and get them done on time
- Ability to exercise professional discretion and judgement, and a critical eye for detail, completeness, and competency
- AICP Certification, Register Architect or Register Landscape Architect is important
- Knows Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
