I would rate Herrmann a 5 star company for any 5 star driver." - John C. Immediate Opening For CDL Class A DRIVERS requires minimum 1 year current tractor trailer experience. Additional Compensation Details: Annual Performance Review Increase: Variable based on individual performance. End of Year Bonus: Variable based on years of service. Referral Bonus: $2,000 for local drivers, $3,000 for regional drivers. Safety Bonus: Up to $1,275 per year, paid monthly and quarterly. DOT Inspection Bonus: $150 for clean inspection; $500 for clean inspection with HAZMAT load. Customer Compliment Bonus: $200 per compliment received from a customer (up to 3 per individual customer). Thanksgiving Bonus: $35 annual “Turkey Check” toward your Holiday celebration. Hermann Benefits: Health Insurance: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance available after 30 days of employment. Company Paid Life Insurance: 1.5x annual salary, available on the first of the month following 90 days of employment. Sick Paid Time Off (PTO): 1 week (40 hours) provided annually after 90 days of employment. Paid Vacation: Available annually based on tenure, 1 week (40 hours) available first year of employment, pro-rated based on hire date. Vacation increases to 2 weeks (80 hours) on January 1 following 2 full years of service. Vacation increases to 3 weeks (120 hours) on January 1 following 5 full years of service. Vacation increases to 4 weeks (160 hours) on January 1 following 10 full years of service. Driver Appreciation Events: Periodic meals and promotion giveaways provided to drivers.
