Schedule: Mon-Thurs 3:45 p.m. - 2:00 a.m. + overtime when needed Job Purpose Oversee assigned production line(s) in the manufacturing and packaging of product. Lead line workers to maximize productivity and quality, acting as a liaison between the production supervisors and production staff. Essential Functions • Direct and assign work to employees within their specific area/line as needed to reach daily production targets • Ensure all required documentation is present and completed • Monitor equipment and notify Production Shift Supervisor and Maintenance of any equipment issues or problems impacting production • Train and coach new and existing employees • Maintain safe working conditions • Assist with supervisory duties as needed • Support food safety program, quality standards, and legality of products manufactured in the facility • Perform other job-related duties as assigned Qualifications (Education, Experience, Competencies) • High School diploma or GED and 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment and/or food industry • Production and packaging equipment and process experience • Demonstrated leadership skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to organize, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment • Self-directed and capable of working without close supervision Mon-Thurs 3:45 p.m. - 2:00 a.m. + overtime when needed
