  • Other Details: The facility is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. The facility is looking for physician who can start Aug. 19. Shifts are M-F 8a-5p. The facility would like to review candidates who have a minimum of 6 months availability with the option to extend longer. There are an average of 24 patients per shift.
