  • Coverage Required: 10-28-2024 - Ongoing
  • Schedule: Call Only
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
  • License: An active Oklahoma state license or IMLC membership is required.
  • EMR: Epic
  • Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
  • Other Details: The facility, which is stroke-certified, is looking for a provider to cover beeper call only. Average expected time in house to be 8A-6P (10 hours) with 14 hours of on call (6P-8A), 15-20 patients per day + 5 procedures. Average calls while on call 0-10; 7p-7a and callback in 24 hours is 1-3 times overnight per week.
