Description

POSITION: Head Custodian –1.0 FTE

POSTING DATE: October 31, 2024

CLOSING DATE: Until filled

LOCATION: District-Wide

START DATE: As soon as possible

HOURS: 8 hours/day – 1st Shift – 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (hours may vary)

COMPENSATION: $24.50 base wage, prior experience is considered when placing on the salary schedule

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3-4 years’ custodial work experience, including experience as a lead worker preferred
• Experience with basic plumbing
• Ability to supervise and evaluate others
• Ability to operate and repair a wide variety of custodial equipment
• Ability to communicate effectively with others
• Ability to problem-solve on own initiative
• A technology background in using Microsoft Office, e-mail, internet, and web-based software preferred
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical
• Valid WI driver’s license
