Our Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery practice is seeking an energetic, articulate, gracefully presentable, and self-motivated Front Desk/Customer Service Assistant for an employment opportunity.
This position is customer-service oriented and requires excellent English verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will communicate pleasantly with patients, answer phones with eloquence, and interact with other professionals in the office with a positive demeanor.
Previous experience in customer service and sales is greatly preferred. Applicants must be able to track and convert interested patients with determination. Applicants should be comfortable with administrative duties and be meticulously organized. Attention to detail is highly regarded in this position.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
Basic Responsibilities Include:
- Interacting with patients (must be polished in person and on the phone)
- Answering telephones & scheduling patients for consultations
- Provide administrative support to Physician and office management
- Experience using EMR software and patient scheduling systems preferred
- Must be computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Prior experience working in a Plastic Surgery/Aesthetic/Medical environment is preferred but not essential
- Oversee day-to-day practice operations
- Must be a team player and be able to multi-task
- Performs related duties & responsibilities as assigned/requested
- Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus but not required
