**This position is fully remote but you must reside in TX, AZ, NM, or CA, applicants from all other states will not be considered unless you are relocating**

The Role:

The Patient Engagement Manager will focus on reaching revenue targets by managing the Clinical Research site network's Physician Network and Patient Recruiters’ KPIs. You will manage projects including physician contracts, KPIs, event planning, AI patient matching implementation, and conversion metrics.

• Manage the Physician Network including contracts, physician compensation, and time tracking
• Communicate and collaborate with corporate support functions and site teams.
• Monitor study indicators and recommend action plans to improve areas of underperformance
• Identify process and system improvement opportunities in patient recruitment and the Physician Network
• Maintain and manage vendor relationships
• Plan physician events such as dinners and new site open houses

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in the clinical trials industry
• 2+ years in Project Management
• Bachelors Degree
• Currently residing or planning to relocate to TX, AZ, NM, or CA
